Delete Your Online Banking and Mobile App Profile

 

Heritage Bank values your privacy. If you wish to delete your online banking profile (the account you use to log in to Heritage Bank's online banking system and mobile app), carefully review the information below.

PLEASE NOTE: Once your online banking and mobile app profile is deleted you will lose access to the systems and the information stored there:

  • You will no longer be able to log in to Heritage Bank's online banking or mobile app.
  • To continue receiving online statements, you will need to register to access them here. Otherwise, you will automatically be elected to receive paper statements and tax documents in the mail. Please review our fee schedule for fees associated with paper statements.
  • Any activity you previously set up in online banking or the mobile app will be disabled and/or deleted. This includes real-time account alerts, Bill Pay payments and payee info, external transfers to other people or accounts, scheduled or recurring transfers, as well as any history for any of these services.

To initiate the request to delete your online banking and mobile app profile, simply send us an email. Please provide your full name and phone number in the email. A representative will reach out to you within 3 business days to confirm your identity and initiate the process. Do not submit private information such as account, debit/credit card or tax ID numbers in your email.
