To initiate the request to delete your online banking and mobile app profile, simply send us an email. Please provide your full name and phone number in the email. A representative will reach out to you within 3 business days to confirm your identity and initiate the process. Do not submit private information such as account, debit/credit card or tax ID numbers in your email.
